Shipping, Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
All orders are shipped Monday – Friday 9am – 2pm CST. Orders placed after 2pm CST will be shipped next business day.
Texas Law SB 97 requires SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY to be implemented no later than October 1st, 2015. To receive orders without requiring signature upon delivery, CLICK HERE.
The billing, shipping and age verification name must match to successfully complete your order.

Tracking numbers will be sent to the email provided.
Please allow up to 24 hours for FedEx to update their system before tracking your package.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Please note that FedEx Priority Overnight is not available in all areas.
FedEx Delivery Attempts
If an adult signature is required for delivery, FedEx will attempt delivery three times and leave door tags at the front door to let the recipient know a delivery was attempted. After the third attempt, the package will be returned to Monster Vape. If an adult signature is not required, it is at the delivery driver’s discretion whether or not the package will be left by the front door.
Monster Vape E-Juice and hardware are not available for back order.
How To Return An Item
Monster Vape does not allow returns on E-Juice and clearance items. All sales are final.
There are no exceptions for returns on E-Juice and clearance items. All sales are final.
A restocking fee is not applicable to E-Juice and clearance items since it cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. All sales are final.
